My background is of the city.
It was fun making this piece of art.
When we got back to school I was very tired.
I had a wonderful day at Te Tuhi.

Addition

I am learning how to calculate the answer of an addition equation.

Reflection

I am working at a stage five strategy to solve an addition equation.

Next time I will try to use bigger numbers and different strategies.

Lolly Lei

Room 14 and I made lolly leis.  Brooke and I made three of them.  It was fun to share and take turns putting in the lollies.  It was tricky to put the burgers in the little nets.  Here is a photo of me wearing one of the lolly leis.

Reflection

I am learning to use descriptive words in my writing.

It was difficult to think of different verbs.

It was is easy to type in the words I wrote.

Next time I will think of different descriptive words and possibly use the Thesaurus.
